Accessibility is a hard requirement for this site, not an afterthought. The following is built into the foundation of every page.

What this foundation already does

• Semantic landmarks: header, primary navigation, main, and footer.
• A keyboard skip link that jumps straight to the main content.
• Visible, high-contrast focus indicators on every interactive element.
• Colour tokens meeting WCAG AA (body text meets AAA), with a dark mode.
• Respect for reduced-motion and forced-colours user settings.
